DREAM CENTER CODE OF CONDUCT
The Dream Center Code of Conduct is a set of guidelines and principles that outlines the expected behavior and standards of conduct for all associates, executives, and other stakeholders within the Dream Center Indianapolis Inc family. This serves as the framework for ethical decision-making, hiring practices, and establishes a code of ethics that Associates are expected to adhere to in their professional interactions and decision-making processes.
The purpose of a corporate code of conduct is to promote integrity, ethical behavior, and responsible business practices throughout the Dream Center Indianapolis and serves as a guiding document that helps foster a positive corporate culture, maintain stakeholder trust, and mitigate legal and reputational risks.

The Dream Center exists to disrupt and reverse the cycle of poverty.
Mission Statement
Our mission is to take women (single mothers, and former foster youth) that are poised to succeed on a pathway from poverty to prosperity, through a network of providers in a campus like environment.

Associate Responsibility
Every Associate, volunteer, and/or partner is required to report the suspected abuse/neglect of child immediately to his/her direct supervisor and call 1-800-800-5556 immediately after notifying a supervisor.
If abuse against a child is observed, the observer must call 911 immediately and report to a supervisor immediately. Failure to report suspected neglect/abuse in a timely manner will result in immediate termination and could result in possible charges and penalties with local law enforcement. The Dream Center Indianapolis believes in a divine Creator, Father God, who guides and sustains all things. Jesus Christ, the Son of God, is our foundation and His teachings shape our values. The Holy Spirit empowers us to operate with integrity and compassion. The Bible is our source of wisdom and authority. We value diversity, treating others with fairness and respect. We conduct our business ethically and responsibly, striving for social and environmental impact. Our corporate culture reflects integrity, compassion, and excellence, exemplifying our commitment to Biblical principles.
The Dream Center Declaration
Today, I am committed to living with honor in my thoughts, actions, and speech, guided by the wisdom of Proverbs 4:23, which urges me to guard my heart, for it influences everything I do.
I choose to not only listen to the Word of God but also put it into practice, as emphasized in James 1:22-25. It cautions against self-deception by merely hearing the Word without acting upon it. Instead, I will diligently follow God's teachings, resembling a person who gazes intently at their reflection and remembers it, rather than forgetting it immediately.
My approach will be one of service and love, exemplified by Matthew 23:11, which states that the greatest among us will be a servant. Therefore, I will prioritize serving others before making demands, expressing love instead of harboring hate, and giving before seeking to receive.
Today, I purposefully choose to make a positive impact on the world, recognizing that there is a greater purpose beyond my individual existence, as described in Luke 9:24. By surrendering my life to the service of God and others, I will find true fulfillment and salvation.
I will dedicate my life to prayer, relying on God's miraculous power and seeking the courage to accomplish the seemingly impossible, drawing inspiration from Acts 2:42-48. By devoting myself to prayer and participating in fellowship with other believers, I will witness the wonders and signs that God can work through us.
Building godly relationships will be a priority in my life, as encouraged by 1 Thessalonians 5:11. I will seek to uplift and encourage others, fostering a sense of community and support.
In my interactions with others, I will emulate the humble mindset of Christ Jesus, as outlined in Philippians 2:5-7. Instead of seeking personal advantage, I will humble myself and serve others, following the example set by Jesus.
Today, I am committed to living a life that can make a difference in the world, guided by the transformative power of Romans 12:1-2. By renewing my mind and aligning my actions with God's will, I will contribute to positive change and impact those around me.
