THE PATHWAY
The Pathways System is a 30-week program that is designed to move single moms and former foster youth who are “getting by” but remain vulnerable (or “At Risk”) to a more secure, stable and self sufficient state. This programming includes life coaching, career readiness, adult education, financial literacy, and preparation for home ownership.
We know that our mission to significantly disrupt the poverty rate in Indiana can only succeed with rigorous evaluations, so we prioritize evidence-based outcomes.

What are the Pathways System hours?
Hours will vary per semester (Each semester is designated a specific milestone of success.)
Is childcare provided?
No, there is no childcare on site nor do we provide childcare. You must have reliable childcare in order to successfully complete your training.
Will participation in the Pathways System improve my quality of life?
Yes! You will leave financially, physically, mentally, and spiritually stronger than when you came.
How long does the Pathways System last?
The System will be 30 weeks in length, broken up in different phases depending on the workforce training you chose.
Do I need to relocate from my current address?
No. You will stay in your own home.
Where is the Pathways System training center?
The Pathways Suite on the Dream Center Campus is located at 8091 Township Line Road #106.
Are there any costs associated with the Pathways System?
None! Because of our incredible partners locally and at the state level, there is no cost to you.
Can I continue working while enrolled in the Pathways System?
Yes. Because evening and weekends are free, It is strongly encouraged that you work part time while you are participating in Pathways..
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
This 30 week program requires a consistent time commitment. Applicants should have a valid photo ID, proof of income, and be prepared for an in person interview. Career Pathways include but are not limited to:
