THE OUTCOMES

Since Launching Cohort 2 in February, we started the journey with 13 single moms - 12 have entered into their fourth phase and have completed their externship hours. 10 have passed their CCMA state exam with the last 2 re-testing in October.

Seven moms in cohort 2 are receiving new salaries averaging a monthly income of $3212.85 and navigating off Government Assistance. The remainder are still working while interviewing and looking for higher paying jobs. All who are employed have an average savings of $1,046.16 with stable housing.

The moms in Cohort 1 have made incredible strides, achieving significant personal and professional milestones. These outcomes highlight the lasting transformation in their lives and the positive ripple effect they are creating within our community. When Pathways launched in October of 2024, The journey began with 10 moms - 6 became certified, 5 remained with us until the full 40 weeks was completed and are now employed
