THE OUTCOMES

Since launching Cohort 2 in February 2025, we began the journey with 13 single moms. Of those, 10 have passed their CCMA state exam, with 8 now working full-time and 2 enrolled in full-time nursing programs at South College and Hardon Education College.

Graduates of Cohort 2 are earning an average monthly salary of $3,110.52, with an average wage increase of $5.21 per hour. 62% have navigated off government assistance, every employed mom has achieved an average savings of $1,046.16, and 100% are now in stable housing.

On November 4, 2025, we welcomed Cohort 3 and began their first milestone in The Pathways System. Coming January 2026, we will launch two new cohorts (Cohorts 4 and 5) in partnership with Memba Institute and Hondros Nursing School and decreased the program to 26 weeks. With these collaborations, we will serve up to 50 additional single moms in Q1 as we continue expanding to meet the needs of our community.

The incredible moms in Cohort 1 set the tone for what Pathways makes possible. Their commitment, growth, and resilience demonstrate the long-term impact this model creates for families.

When Pathways launched in October 2024, the journey began with 10 moms. Six became certified, five completed the full 40-week program, and all five are now employed, achieving meaningful personal and professional milestones that continue to ripple through their households and our community. Explore their outcomes below to see the real, measurable change your support helps create.
