The moms in Cohort 1 have made incredible strides, achieving significant personal and professional milestones. These outcomes highlight the lasting transformation in their lives and the positive ripple effect they are creating within our community. When Pathways launched in October of 2024, The journey began with 10 moms - 6 became certified, 5 remained with us until the full 40 weeks was completed and are now employed

Since Launching Cohort 2 in February, we started the journey with 13 single moms - 12 have entered into their third phase and are placed in their externship sites. 10 have passed their CCMA state exam with the last 2 testing August 7th.
