WHAT IS THE
PATHWAYS SYSTEM
The Pathways System is a 40-week course designed to help single mothers living in at-risk environments and take them into a life of stability and prosperity.
ALICE could be your neighbor or even your friend. As cashiers, waiters, child care providers, and other essential workers, ALICE earns just above the Federal Poverty Level but less than what it costs to make ends meet.
These struggling households are forced to make impossible choices each day. While hardship is pervasive, households of color are disproportionately ALICE.

What are the system hours?
Hours will vary per semester (Each semester is designated a specific milestone of success.)
Is childcare provided?
No, but if childcare is needed, we will actively help you find childcare that works for you.
Will participation in the system improve my quality of life?
Yes! You will leave financially, physically, mentally, and spiritually stronger than when you came.
How long does the system last?
The System will typically last between 12 to 18 months depending on your own personal pace.
Do I need to relocate from my current address?
No. You will stay in your own home.
Where is the system training center?
The Pathways Suite at 8091 Township Line Road.
Are there any costs associated with the system?
Yes. There is a fee for service after your first milestone of $75 a week.
Can I continue working while enrolled in the system?
Yes. During the first semester, most evenings and weekends are free!
Will the system contribute to my success?
Yes! We are YOUR advocate, coming alongside your commitment to success!
